Improve on my leadership skills	Being a role model to others by being responsible and put effort into my work. Be in the right place at the right time Use appropriate language.	Being at the right place at the right time. And sitting close to Mr Hillary, Mrs Patten and Miss Berquist.	Doing the right thing at the right time.
